Bio
Corey is an undergraduate student majoring in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of California Santa Cruz. He plans to apply to medical school after completing his degree. After graduating, Corey moved into a research program at the NIH. He also works as an EMT in Santa Clara, gaining hands-on experience in emergency medical care. In his free time, he enjoys reading, baking, powerlifting, traveling, hiking, and watching anime.
03-2025: Corey was awarded a Student Research project grant from Stevenson Provost Office!
04-2025: Corey was awarded the Hibdon Undergraduate Student award which recognizes outstanding undergraduate researchers in Chemistry or METX labs!
